Kurt will get a lot of ale at least with some CC's thrown in. Not only can he be drunk but he can keep himself amussed while drunk by popping up snowmen, and running around on an insane sugar high. (with CC weapons equipped of course :P)

and I just gave away about 200 shards to some guy that claimed he was going to make weapons for friends in Factions. Well, at least my faith in the universe is restored. No good deed goes unpunished.

Yes, a Wintersday Gift Giver, as I recall?
The one in Lion's Arch is the area between the two sets of rings, near the Christmas tree. In Kamadan, he's very near the tree. Both are Mesmers, as I recall. Enjoy!

Dang, I made two full sets of cc weapons instead. At least I have some left.
